PlayStation 4 MODEL CUH-2015A 500GB with 4 games and two controllers. Items turns on and displays on the screen. There is no cable to connect the controller to the console.
Also the side piece that cover the hard drive comes apart and is loose. See last photo.
Other than that, the items is completely functional.
