Samsung Galaxy S5 in Charcoal Black, model number SM-G900P. The phone and display are in great shape with no scars or damage, I installed a new battery and then promptly misplaced the back cover and have no idea where it is. They can be found online, I would have but I have another phone now. The phone is on the Sprint network and it is the 16 GB model.
