**Note: I am not the original owner of this, and did not do anything to try to fix it. I deal with video games and consoles on the side, and picked this up in a bundle.**
This is for a CECHA01 Playstation 3 console (console only, nothing else included) made in October 2006. However, there is an issue with it. Upon turning it on, the light goes green, then goes yellow, then blinks red (see video attached.) I have been told this is called the “yellow light of death
or YLOD. I have not done anything to try to fix it, and the warranty seal looks to be in tact and not tampered with.
I do know people can repair these, but I am not the person to do it. This is for anyone handy enough to do it, and keep it out of a landfill. Please view and zoom in on all pictures. This is being sold as is with no returns.”,
